We got our first bill for the new house the other day....kind of.. We received a notice from the fence builder on behalf of the people building the new Metricon house behind us. Our share is about $520 which seems reasonable to me. They will be putting up the standard (for cascades) exposed post and capping fence, 1.8m high. We spoke to our salesman, or more to the point Shannon did. I'm not on speaking terms with him at the moment. He told us just to pay for it and they will reduce the cost of the house by that amount.
At least some sort of building is taking place...
